Firstly, you enjoy a freshly roasted or grilled chicken. Then there are the leftovers and ultra nourishing bone broth, one bird can provide three meals in our home, plus bone broth. That is a big deal, it saves time, preparation, and decision making becomes simple. Knowing that I will have some delicious cold protein on hand is amazing in the summer, you can grill or use the slow cooker to keep the house cool, and enjoy Cobb salads, chicken salads, sandwiches, wraps, or even charcuterie platters all a moments notice!
