Pumpkin played staring roles in both savory and sweet dishes, as well as pure excitement for me and the kids to start carving pumpkins and pulling out seeds!

Hearty Muffins perfect for any time of the day, jazz them up with nuts like pecans or walnuts. Slather some butter like a slice of banana bread, or enjoy with your morning coffee. Not overly sweet, they are the perfect marriage of full bodied Chai Spice, velvety Pumpkin and bitter sweet chocolate.

Our Saucy Pumpkin Meat Loaf plays on the flavors of a traditional meatloaf, while incorporating some Asian flare to tie in the pumpkin! Smoked salt, Coconut Aminos (smoky & Umami) as well as spicy and bright Sambal Oelek (chili garlic paste) create a vibrant warm and inviting meal.

Lastly, Chewy Browned Butter Pumpkin Snickerdoodle cookies anyone? These require a little extra work (browning the butter) but so so worth it, it brings a nutty vibe to these warm and welcoming cookies. You will be so glad you roasted a pumpkin!
